FAQ

Do you combine shipping? Yes, make sure email address matches on each order. If you accidentally pay for shipping twice, we will refund you for one. However, if you order say 20 tubers, in two different orders, you will need to pay shipping twice.

Do you offer refunds? Unfortunately we do not. If for some reason your tuber is damaged or not in great condition, we will need to be informed within 1 week of receiving order. Then we will send a replacement or refund. The customer is responsible for overwintering tubers.

Do you offer fall shipping? Yes. All orders placed in October or November will be shipped in November.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska? For tubers, yes. Cuttings are too risky, so no.

Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately we do not.

Are you licensed and inspected by the state? Yes. We are licensed as a nursery retailer as well as inspected by the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
